Using SWOT to Achieve Sustainable Growth

This keynote is based on the popular article Kelley wrote for SUCCESS Magazine titled Honest Reflection, Focusing on your Strengths + Acknowledging Your Weaknesses = Sustainable Growth. When one mentions a SWOT analysis we immediately think this is an assessment being done of a competing company or service provider operating in the same space to determine their strengths and weaknesses which then allows you to measure against your own company.

Most business people don’t see the massive growth that can happen when we apply SWOT in our own lives, personally and professionally. In this session Kelley will walk the attendees through what SWOT is and then how to apply SWOT as a self assessment tool. The attendee will walk away with a new way to review life and business to ensure they do not become stagnant and are always in growth mode.

When Agents start to see success in their real estate business, they feel a need to start a real estate team. Most often than not, they are starting a team for the absolute wrong reasons, mostly monetary in nature.

In this informative and entertaining 45 minute keynote, Kelley runs through his experiences of running high producing real estate teams, what’s worked and what hasn’t. Most importantly though, he gives the listener insight into what not to do by pointing out his mistakes and how he has failed forward. Understanding the dichotomy of leadership in how it relates to running a successful real estate team is something Kelley is passionate about and is a key component of this keynote.

A system is a series of checklist’s that allow the agent an opportunity to execute on and provide a higher level of service to their clients.
