I am a SUCCESS Certified MAX/Recruit Coach, and I have over 17 years in the real estate business having started as a solo agent, I built a successful and profitable team and eventually I went on to become a part owner in an indie brokerage in Calgary where I was instrumental in helping to grow the company from 9 to 105 agents inside of 18 months.
After 4.5 years in partnership it was time to move on, I felt great in my exit knowing that I played an integral part in laying the foundation for the systems and process that those brokerage agents enjoy today.
I was also a large part of putting together a recruitment plan that allowed 10X growth over the course of 18 months all without making a single cold call.
I offer a no BS style approach to coaching, which I have been told, is refreshing. The ‘30,000 foot view’ is important for you to understand, but it is, in my opinion, more important to have someone guide you through the step by step process of the plan that we work out together and to oversee and encourage your execution.
