During this one hour keynote, Kelley will walk your audience through the 4 main tenants of building habits and how to apply them to different aspects of their real estate business. Kelley has been in real estate for 17 years and has been a coach and trainer since 2011, every successful real estate agent he has ever coached, trained or spoken to has had a business plan. Having a solid foundation will ensure that the business of real estate will remain consistent throughout the year and will continue year over year so long as the agent or broker follows through with the plan. GENERATE MORE LEADS THROUGH DATABASE MANAGEMENT
There is a common statistic used in coaching real estate agents with respect to their database. For every 100 people you have inside your database you should be able to pull 10 deals out per year, so if you have 400 people in your database that is 40 deals just from that past client list alone. The problem is, most agents don’t have a plan of attack when it comes to finding these deals. In this course, we lay out the content, the cadence and the framework to help your membership increase their business by leveraging certain marketing techniques to increase engagement with their sphere and past client databases.

I am a second generation REALTOR®, MAX/Recruit real estate coach, a real estate trainer with a proven track record and an internationally known speaker in the real estate industry.
I began my business career in August of 2007 after having spent a decade in the trades, working in Northern Alberta and at various locations in Western Canada including the NorthWest Territories, British Columbia and Saskatchewan. I entered the real estate industry as a part time agent and within 9 months I had transitioned to a full time Realtor. Over the next five years my business began to flourish and by the end of 2012 and I was making plans to start a real estate team.
I launched UP Real Estate Group in January of 2013 and began recruiting, training and coaching agents on how to run and operate a successful real estate business. This included but was not limited to how to effectively sell a home, how to lead generate, how to lead convert, how to systemize and how to set up and follow a process. At the end of 2015 I merged my real estate sales team with a small boutique brokerage in Calgary, Alberta and began training our combined sales team utilizing the same tactics that I had taught my own team through the years.
